The public services are those services that ensure healthy living conditions for the people; these services are provided and safeguarded by the government or any governing body of the country. The public services are not only for individuals they are also for the community as whole. The public services include the departments that take care of the community health. The community health services in turn benefit the individual as the benefit percolated from the society to the individual also. The community public services are the departments that take care of the environment and the social health and hygiene. The public services that are provided at the community level are to take care of the total society or the community as whole thus benefitting both the community and the individual of that community. The community services provided by the government is responsible for looking after the green belt of the region, checking the pollution levels, prevention and cure for any epidemic and other contagious diseases. These public services are responsible for the entire community and take care of all the factors that can affect the community health and hygiene. These departments work more on community level than individual level and work on the grievances of the whole community.
