Running shoes were constructed on two central facilities, forces of influence and the pronation. Their objectives are simple, limit the forces of influence and prevent over pronation. It has led to the classified system based on amortization, stability, and the control of movement. The problem consists that this system, probably, has no basis to stand on. We have been concentrating to wrong things in the past 40 years? As it is told earlier, running shoes were constructed on the precondition in regards to the forces of influence and the pronation. The pronation, in particular has been constructed as a poison of all runners. We became flooded of the pronation through the shoes of the control of movement. Central idea behind of the pronation is that over pronating causes rotation of lower leg that is anklebone, shin and knee placing a pressure in connection and consequently leading damages. Running shoes therefore are developed to limit this pronation. In essence, running shoes are developed to place a body in appropriate alignment. This paradigm on the pronation is necessary on two main things: (1) the pronation causing damages and (2) running shoes can change the pronation. On the first precondition, we can see some employments which do not show a link between the pronation and damages.
